Recycle tetrapacks?

Recycling tetrapack cartons saves energy and resources. 2. It is better to use them as fuel in energy production. If your tatras have been used to contain something that needs a lot of effort and hot water to clean (yoghurt maybe) in order to be recycled or if they have contained something that only needs a quick rinse to be ready for recycling. There is a reason "recycling" is not a section at this site. Even if this thread could be an interesting exercise on life cycle assessment, packaging is just not one of our main environmental challenges.
